Atelier Élan is an independent handmade creative project offering artisanal crochet garments
and made-to-order pieces. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the
following terms.
PRODUCTS
All Atelier Élan pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Due to the artisanal
nature of our work, slight variations in color, texture, measurements, and finishing may
naturally occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not
considered defects.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Certain Atelier Élan garments are created through private consultation and custom design
processes.
Custom or personalised orders may require additional production time and may differ slightly
from digital visuals, references, or concept imagery.
PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout. Payments are processed
securely through third-party payment providers.
SHIPPING
Production and shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and order
volume.
Atelier Élan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes,
import duties, or force majeure events.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are generally
considered final.
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted in cases of confirmed damage or incorrect
shipment.
Custom, consultation-based, or personalised pieces are non-refundable.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including designs, imagery, text, branding, campaign visuals, and
creative concepts, remains the intellectual property of Atelier Élan unless otherwise stated.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
The conceptual and visual communication direction of Atelier Élan was developed in
collaboration with AIHK, a creative intelligence and digital communication practice for
modern brands.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Atelier Élan shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related
to the use of this website or purchased products.
